After a year of organizing and internal growth, AI and Faith is now officially a Washington non-profit corporation, having filed incorporation papers on October 17th. Its current board members and officers are David Brenner (President), Daniel Rasmus (Secretary), Bruce Baker and Salah Dandan. Three additional board members are planned and will be added shortly. Next up: filing of Form 1023 to apply for federal income tax exemption.
