Practices international arbitration and commercial and company litigation (including tech litigation) from Twenty Essex, a barristers’ chambers in London. Harris is also Research Fellow and Lecturer at the London School of Jewish Studies, a rabbi, and author among other things of the 2021 book Staying Human: A Jewish Theology for the Age of Artificial Intelligence. As well as Non-Executive Chair of AI and Faith, Harris is a Commissioner with the AI faith & Civil Society Commission and has presented widely, including on panels, on issues around law, religion, and technology. Harris holds a Master of Laws in International and Comparative Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary, University of London, and a PhD in religious intellectual history from the University of Cambridge.
