Muhammad Aurangzeb Ahmad

Is a Research Scientist at University of Washington’s Harborview Medical Center. He is an Affiliate Faculty in the Department of Computer Science and Systems at University of Washington Bothell and Affiliate Faculty at Responsible AI Systems and Experiences at University of Washington. His research focuses on Responsible AI systems, algorithmic nudging at scale, AI in healthcare, and personality emulation. He has had academic appointments at University of Washington, Center for Cognitive Science at University of Minnesota, Minnesota Population Center, and the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur. He has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. His research has been widely covered in the media and featured in numerous documentaries.
