Quintin McGrath is a retired global IT executive and founder of QplusAI LLC, who drives business transformation through ethical technology adoption. With 24 years at Deloitte leading technology solutions across 150+ countries, he built expertise in responsible AI implementation, ethics, and risk management. As an Advisor and Research Fellow at AI and Faith, he helps organizations navigate the intersection of technology and values. His doctoral research in AI ethics arrived at just the right time, positioning him to address emerging challenges. Born in South Africa but based in the US, he brings a global perspective to boards, advisory councils, and his teaching as an adjunct professor at USF. Throughout his career, he viewed the marketplace as his mission field, seeking to extend God’s Kingdom through technology leadership. He holds doctoral and master’s degrees in business, engineering, and church movements, integrating faith, ethics, and innovation in all he does.
