Thomas is the founder of DiscipleIQ, co-founder of AI&Faith, and an advisor across a portfolio of ventures focused on technology and process that encourages and enhances discipleship. Thomas brings a keen interest in technology that enhances spiritual transformation, and experience in business strategy, operations management, and technology development (with leadership roles at JPMorganChase, Deloitte, Pathwright, Logos, Subsplash, Vettd.ai, etc.). He currently serves in an advisory capacity to OneBody, AI for the Church, Kingdom Analytics and R3 Ministries. He has previously served many other ministries including Fuller Seminary|Cascade Fellows, Advisory Board; KIROS|Seattle, Founder and Board Chair; Union Church, Founding Member; Regent College, US Foundation Board; UpperRoom Coffeehouse, Founder and President).
