Our Partner Religious Freedom and Business Foundation recently compiled and posted links to the AI ethics programs AI&F has pulled together for recent national conferences of leaders of Faith Employee Resource Groups.
Individual Faith ERGs are asking us to replicate these programs for their monthly meetings. We look at a particular AI technology like the use of AI in workplace hiring and promotion or robots in healthcare, and talk about how members of Faith ERGs can translate their faith beliefs into personal ethics about those technologies, then connect with their employers’ ethics programs.
