Is a cybersecurity attorney and the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of the American Cybersecurity Institute, a think tank focused on the juncture of technology, security, law and policy. He is also the Co-Founder and President of Atlas Cybersecurity, a managed cybersecurity service provider and consultancy. As a Tech-in-Residence Fellow and adjunct professor at the City College of New York and Hofstra University, he teaches technology ethics, cybersecurity, and privacy law at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Barry has published widely on the juncture of technology, security, law, and policy. He is also a Board Director and Co-Chair of the Risk, Legal, and Compliance and Academic Relations Committees of the New York Metropolitan Chapter of ISACA.
