Barry Dynkin

Is the Founder and Principal of the Dynkin Law Group, a law firm focused on the intersection of law, technology, and commerce. He is also the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of the American Cybersecurity Institute; a leading cybersecurity and cyber warfare policy think tank that works with policymakers at all levels of government. Barry is a Co-Founder of the Forum for Jewish Ethics in Technology and a Contributing Fellow at AI & Faith. Barry also serves as a Tech-in-Residence Fellow and Adjunct Professor at the Grove School of Engineering at the City College of New York, where he teaches technology ethics and cybersecurity and privacy law to undergraduate and graduate engineering students. Barry has served as a Director and Committee Chair at the New York Metropolitan Chapter of ISACA. He was a legal researcher for the Tallinn Manual on Cyber Warfare 2.0 and a contributing author on Law Firm Cybersecurity, a publication of the ABA. He publishes and speaks widely on a variety of topics ranging from the international law of cyber warfare to faith perspectives on artificial intelligence. Barry has advised clients on a wide array of compliance regulations in the financial services, healthcare, national security, maritime, and other sectors.
