He also founded Poulter Ventures and is an advisor to the Church of England’s digital board. Previously his experience included roles at LEGO and Edelman and Ogilvy. Poulter holds a Bachelors in Radio Production, Media Studies from University of Westminster and a Executive Programme in Leadership and Management, Organizational Leadership from the Leadership College London.
