Manuel David Morales

Manuel David Morales is a lecturer and researcher at the Universidad de Guadalajara in Mexico. As an astrophysicist and AI expert, his research focuses on gravitational-wave data analysis, responsible artificial intelligence, and philosophy/ethics of AI. He participates in several cutting-edge initiatives, including the Einstein Telescope Collaboration (as a research scientist) and the World Council of Churches (as an advisor for the Science and Faith working group). Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, as well as a Master of Science in Relativistic Astrophysics and a PhD in Numerical Relativity from the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo in Mexico.
