Neylan McBaine

Neylan McBaine is a dynamic leader who transforms bold ideas into movements, blending corporate strategy with a deep commitment to cause-driven campaigns that inspire change, mobilize communities, and reshape culture. She most recently led interfaith and policy partnerships at Project Liberty, including the passage of the Digital Choice Act in Utah which mandates data portability and interoperability among social media platforms. Neylan has founded two non-profits dedicated to elevating women of faith and has led her own software company serving independent music teachers. A graduate of Yale University, she is the mother of three young adult daughters.
