Is the Director of the Benedictine Spirituality and the Environment Program and Professor at St. John’s School of Theology and Seminary and a Senior Research Associate with the Institute for Philosophical and Religious Studies, ZRS Koper Slovenia. Her topics of interest include artificial intelligence, theology and science, eco spirituality, and ministry in a technological age. She is the author of several books on religion and technology, and a member of the AI Research Group of the Vatican Dicastery for Culture and Education. She holds degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Pennsylvania State University and a PhD in Theology from the Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley.
