Is a professor in the Department of Chemistry and Physics at Belmont University, where he teaches physics to audio engineering students. Scott is widely engaged in writing and conferences on the ethics of technology, and on machine learning applications to acoustics and audio signal processing. Fitting for Nashville and Belmont, he is also a singer songwriter. Scott holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Texas at Austin.
