Her work supports organizations that are developing Responsible Artificial Intelligence to solve real world problems (Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta and Bytedance). Previously, Sharron engage from 2007 forward in extensive non-profit activities in universities, hospitals and prisons. In addition to serving with some amazing organizations, she also originated the Octagonal Mindset theory and has spoken at TEDx. Sharron holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Leicester.
