So-Young Kang is the Founder and CEO of Gnowbe, pioneering a mobile microlearning and micro-authoring platform to help people perform better. She is the chairman and founder of Awaken Group, a human-centered transformation design firm. So-Young is the author of ‘Inside Out’ and speaks on tech, humanity, and the future of human development. Previously, she had experience with the HuffPost, the World Economic Forum, McKensey and Citibank. So-Young holds a BA in International Relations, Japanese Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA in Management from Harvard University.
