Is the Director of the Centre for Enterprise, Markets and Ethics at Oxford (CEME). Previously, he was Principal of Wycliffe Hall, a Permanent Private Hall of the University of Oxford, and a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young. Richard holds a first-class honours degree in Theology and PhD in Theology from the University of Durham, and is ordained in the ministry of the Church of England.
