Dan Forbush

Dan Forbush is Team Leader of AI for UUs, an expanding group of Unitarian Universalists aligned with AI and Faith in its mission. In 1992, Dan launched ProfNet as an email-based expert network for reporters, and has served as the chief communications officer for Syracuse University, the University at Stony Brook and Skidmore College. In his long-standing interest in collaborative media, he produces with others the Smartacus blog, AI and the Human as a platform for conversations and sermons, and Darwin’s Edge, an immersive sci-fi scenario designed to creatively engage UU congregations in the “AI conversation.”
